Injection pump help needed

I have a Ford 4500 backhoe. Year unknown,60-70? Put in many years running, but been sitting about 15 years. Trying to get going again, Engine locked, finally got freed up. Not getting Fuel to Injectors. Get good stream out at bleeder on Cav pump, 12 inches, no air, nothing but drops at injector. I am not a Diesel Mechanic, looking for Help. Thanks for any Tips or advice.

Plungers are probably stuck. I would take the injection pump and injectors out and send them to be rebuilt/repaired and they would be properly tested and calibrated. A member on here that goes by Dieseltech does excellent work and has done several for me.

I'm guessing stuck metering valve. Easy fix from the top without pulling the pump.

Setting 15 years? There will likely be several parts stuck inside after setting that long.

Tried my hand at repairing the pump on a 3000.
Found the plungers were stuck.
Youtube video was a big help.

Changed Filters and Fluids before trying to start. It Tried to start with Starting Fluid, but not getting Fuel. I expect to change a lot of Hoses, and some Tires. Pulled the Injectors and put Free All in cylinders, and then Motor oil after Engine turned over, then blew everything out.
