I have a Ford 8700. Bought a Ford 7412 loader with the mounting backetts to put on it.
From the little information I could find it should fit. The guy I purchased it from said the Ford 7412 loader would fit the 7000 series to TW25.

The backet mounting holes all look like they line up but the problems is the mounting backett hits the bottom (aux) fuel tank on the left side of the tractor not allowing installation.

Were there different mounting brackets for the 8700?

I tryied to remove the bottom (aux) fuel tank but couldn't keep fuel to the tractor.
Drained the bottom fuel tank dry and the tractor still ran for an hour. Unhooked the three rubber hoses running to the tank and the tractor runs out of fuel. (Top tank is completely full).
The one larger line runs from the bottom of the top tank to the bottom tank with a shut off that I left closed.
I tried hooked up the two smaller hoses that go to the botom tank. One goes to the fuel pump and the other goes to the top of the top tank. I could not get it to primp back up that way. Hooked all the lines back up and got it all to primed back up quickly with the tractor running again after bleeding out the air.

Question is can I and how to remove the bottom tank with only using the top tank for fuel supply?

Thanks for any information and sorry about the long post but wanted to make sure all information was present for anyone with input.

I have a tw-5 with an Allied load, I would think the two loader attach the same. I didn t mount the loader but can you move it forward? The tw-25 on 35 had a longer nose and there is space between the hood and the guard on mine. Can t get photo to attach.

The lower fuel tank is the one the tractor draws from, the upper simply gravity feeds into the lower. To remove the lower would require re-plumbing the system.

My 8830 I had to space the lower tank out away from the loader frame.

I will look and grab some pictures of the 7412 on my TW5 tomorrow. I'm nearly positive the brackets are all forward of the fuel tank and the tank is in stock location.

My 7412 on my TW5 didn't interfere with the lower fuel tank at all. The loader mounts completely forward of the tank.
