I inherited my dad's 1963 Ford 2000 4 cylinder with a 5-speed transmission. Was in the process of adjusting the clutch and of course the pedal bushing is wore slap out (still has the FORD logo on the bushing). However, after a full day of trying to find this part on the internet I am stumped, it appears these bushings are no longer made as all I find are for the later 3-cylinder models. I do not yet have a parts manual for those years as I have always worked on 9Ns, 8Ns, and NAAs. Can anyone with this year's parts manual please give me the part number to this bushing? Maybe I will have better luck searching for the actual part number.
Note - this IS NOT the 3-cylinder model, this is the early 4-cylinder 134ci engine like the NAA. Also, this is a 5-speed transmission, which will be different from the normal 4 speed version. The bushing looks to be right at 1 OD and about 1-13/16 long with a grease hole offset to one side. Not sure of the spec ID as it is worn.
TIA,
Dan
TIA for any assistance locating a replacement.
