2 Part Question- Oil Pressure and Paint Color

I just noticed on my tractor that when I let the clutch out a little quick my oil pressure comes down to about 10# but then recovers in 3 or 4 seconds back to the 38# it was running when I get moving. Is that common? Not sure how long it's been doing it but I just noticed it today while moving the blade around to wire wheel it off. That's the 2nd question. Can I still buy that original Woods yellow or just head to the local HD or Menards to get something close? I was just going to rattle can a coat of primer and then hit it with some paint.

When you let the clutch out too quickly the engine bogs down until the governor can react and bring the RPM's back up. Since the crankshaft is turning slower so is the oil pump which is why you see the drop in oil pressure. However a 28# drop in oil pressure seems excessive. I would expect to see maybe a 5# drop. I'd keep an eye on the oil pressure especially when the tractor is working hard and it's hot. Believe it or not but these engines will run fine on 10# of oil pressure.
I don't know anything about paint.

I'm not sure if it is exactly the same color Tom, but there is an Implement Yellow paint that would be very close to that.
TSC used to carry it in their Valspar line of paint.
I haven't checked to see if they have it in their new line of paint, but I would assume so.
Other places would have it as well.

I'm pretty sure it may have been me causing the large drop in pressure. I was popping the clutch pretty hard just moving around with the blade. I drove it around a bit tonight like a sane person and it never dropped more than 10#. This tractor will never see another hard days work as it's only going to be used for movin' a little snow off the neighborhood driveways from time to time. It's all back in good running order so it will have an easy life until someone makes an offer. I'm beginning to cruise the websites looking for another project. Maybe a 961 this time??????

Sir, that is one fine looking tractor. I have a 1962 861, I dream of the day it might look like the one pictured. Did you do the restoration yourself?
