12X28" wheels and wheel centers

I am going to switch my 68 3000 from 24" to 28" tires
I bought a good used set of 13.6X28 radial tires today.
I need wheel centers and wheel rims to mount them on.
Anyone here in Ontario have a set they want to sell?

What's a pair of 28" centers off a 3000 worth to you if I could get them to within 100 miles of Detroit in 2 weeks?
And what are you going to do with your 24" stuff?

I was planning to keep the old stuff; when selling time comes, I'll sell it with the 24" wheels.
I'll let you know about the centers.

When I bought my centers on ebay the guy sent them to me by UPS. He just wrote my address on each center in sharpie marker and UPS took them. I think it was around $25 per center for shipping, no packaging needed.
