1971 2000 ford 3cyl hyd pump rebuild question - race removal

We are rebuilding the hydraulic pump on my tractor. We are trying to remove the bearing race for the wobble shaft bearing so that we can replace it, and the wobble shaft seal and needle bearing. We cannot find a tool locally that we can get enough of a grip on the race to pop it out. There is barely a 1/32-1/16 or so of a lip to grab onto and not much depth. The ITD book calls for a OTC 934-S bearing puller. I could not find a description of what that looks like. I tried some of the pullers at O"Reilly and Autozone and none of them will work. Any good ways to rig up something to pop the race out?

if you are good with a welder weld aring around on the face of the race this will draw the metal to the heat and will facilitate removal by simply turning upside down and tapping it on to a wooden block not to cause damage!

Heat the bearing race red hot in one small area with an acetylene torch and then quench it with water from a trigger type spray bottle ,you might have to do it a couple of times, the heating and cooling will shrink the race and it should slip out.
