Of course it depends on condition of components. Also depends on how much space you've got to store it, how bad you need it, how bad the other guy needs to get rid of it. But $100 seems reasonable to me and $200 or $250 might not be outrageous. Whole Fergy parts tractors are usually between $500 and $800 around here, so that's what I'm basing my guess on. My 2 cents.

Phil; Well I bought it and had to pay $200.00 for it! They were tight fitting parts and I hope I don't need them, but I will have them just in case. The guy I was getting some parts for learned they were worth a lot more then he was selling them to me and got a little mad when he found out! I was just paying him what he wanted for them not my fault! The guy that I bought the TO-30 from was happy to see it get fixed and get a new home! In fact I think I will plow out his driveway this winter in thanks for letting me have it for $500.00! Mark H.

Sounds like you got good deal. I'm a little confused, but does that mean you got whole usuable tractor for $700? Glad I could help.

Phil; I bought the tractor complete for 500.00 then I had to get a block and found a complete engine for 300.00. Swapped the block out and sold the extra parts from both engines for about 400.00 which coverd my gaskits and the cost of the engine! So now I am into my TO-30 for 500.00 running Great and Looking pretty good! See the Ferguson photos under Mark Hendershot. Now I just bought a spare complete front end axle assembly for 200.00 which I thought was high but I can't compare them to what I paid for my tractor cause I belive I got a real good deal for it and probly won't find another one for that price in that good of condition!! But I am keeping a eye out I looked at this one for a year befor I bought it. Did not know he would sell it! When I did ask he said 500.00 and I said sold and paid him on the spot and took it home that day and had it running and using it in 7-days. Now I'm hooked and love tractors!!! Mark H.
