I have installed new coil, plugs, points, condenser, rotor, and cap in my TO20 (which has been altered to a 12 volt system). I am using factory-recommended plugs gapped at .025. I get about 1 hour of good work out of the tractor, then it begins to loose power. Within two hours of work (fairly heavy load), the plugs are all black and covered with crud, and the gaps are closed up almost completely. I have to clean and regap in order to continue working. Compression is 105-107 in every cylinder.

What is wrong, and what can I do about it?

Rick

It sounds like you are getting to much gas. Close your mixing screw on the carb. and open 1 1/4 turns, (that is the big screw).
