bought this a few months back with a broken right hub assy (slinger drive). manufactured the two arms and modified some springs and got it working. then found out what caused it to break in the first place, seems that the other side (chain drive)had been repaired wrong before. each time the chain was advanced it would disengage the other side and the slam back into ingagement.

now that I have it corrected, or so I think, I'm not sure that I have it adjusted right. seems that the chain moves too fast when it is in the second position, first being only the slinger on. havent been able to find a book on this unit ether.

has anyone had one of these and knows how it is to be set up? any guess as to how old it is or what color it is suppost to be? looks like it was a light grey/blue.

Did you try www.n-news.com they have lots of manual reprints for old implements look in the archives section. regards
