Just bought a pasture topper to run behind my fergie TED20. The recomended PTO speed is 540 RPM.

How wide should I open the trottle to achieve this speed?
Half way, 3/4.....?

Many thanks Mike

1750 RPM. That's about 7/8ths throttle on my MF 50, which is for the most part the same drive train.

yeah, just over 3/4 throttle should do it...its not that critical, you will be able to tell usually if its not fast enough.
