I have a to20 that is boiling out the raditor overflow even after it has run a few minutes. The raditor has been checked and the theromsate is new. Any ides on what could be a problem? Thanks for any and all help.

For sure don't let it overheat very long at all. Major block damage could occur. Pull the thermostat entirely, stick a hose in the top of the radiator, open the radiator drain, and run it for a short time to make sure it is flushed. Then close the drain and fill it and run without thermostat briefly to check it.

I would make sure that the thermostat is working. Put it in a pan of water and turn on the heat, see if it opens up. Watch what the temp. of the water is when it does. Also it could be in backards, been there done that.

I agree, it sounds like a head gasket or cracked head, lets hope its a gasket.
