I recently bought a drawbar on ebay which the seller said it was an original FORD part, however I see it has a circled R and the number 13 in the left corner with HF ( Harry Ferguson??? or Henry Ford??? )in a box, and the number 5182 on the right corner flat part, and, it only has NINE holes, not eleven. I believe the Ford bars had the number 9N5182 and possibly the Ford logo stamped on them. Any ideas what I have? Thanks from a Ford guy...

Tim, I have one that is identical to yours with the same markings. I have always considered mine to be a genuine Harry Ferguson drawbar since it has the Ferguson casting symbol (HF) and the part number prefix of TO, all of which were used by Harry Ferguson, Inc. of Detroit.

Regardless of whether it is Ferguson or Ford, the heavy-duty 9-holers are a bit rare so you have something that many Ferguson collectors would love to have.
