Want to change hydraulic fluid in my TEA20, my first fergie, what is the capacity, what type of fluid, and does the hydraulic system share same fluid as tranny and rear end?

22.8 L of Hy-trans fluid works great. You can buy it at any tractor dealer.

The TE-20 takes 6 gal. of 90wt mineral oil. I believe that the mix for the N series fords is also acceptable. i.e. Ford Transmission Oil GL-1.

The Transmission and the hydrolics are on the same system. There are three sumps that all must be drained.

Previous discussions talked about cleaning out by cutting it with ?_____ _____?. I am not sure of the procedure maybe someone can fill it in.

Also, I am not sure how you clean out the hydrolics.
