As many of you Ferguson owners know, the hydralics on the TO's don't work unless the clutch is out.I have heard that there is a conversion kit that can be applied to do away with this nuisance.Anyone ever heard of such a thing?I bought the tractor from a friend about 4 years ago,it had a complete rebuilt engine. The only thing i have done to it is change oil, keep the coolant in it and of course change the hydralic oil.Not a bad buy for $850.

Try this site. Zane made the Ford system first and now has a unit for early Fergusons.

And do we know yet what that system is? Cearly there is a belt driven pump but I wonder how it interfaces with the internal pump.
I saw before where people were asking but never saw an answer. Is this going to be another case where you have to buy it to find out what you bought?
Not really complaining; I did buy a Thang. But this new system is getting up there. $

I don't know how the 2 pumps interface either. Possibly done several different ways. I have been so long with out live hyd. I wouldn't know how to act if I had it.
