Welcome to the forum.

Hopefully someone has emailed and helped you. If not, you might post some better pictures of the complete unit and explain what you are looking for info about it, to get some interest going on the forum to help you.

Nope

Are you just trying to identify it or what do you need?

It is doubtful you will find parts from the OEM (if they are even still in business). Replacement parts will likely be by matching up or fabrication.

Gently clean the tag with some ScotchBrite and WD40 or penetrating oil. Take close up pictures of it at different angles, sometimes detail can be picked up in easier in pictures. The Gresen valve appears to be a diverter valve, with one side plugged.

It would appear to have been a mounted unit which someone converted to tree-point hitch.

In your pictures I can't tell if the control valve has a main relief in it (generally indicates for open center hydraulics) or not (generally indicates closed center hydraulics).

Hook it up and if it works it works. If not troubleshoot it, the same basic troubleshooting applies whether you know the OEM or not.
