Foreign dozers

(quoted from post at 15:15:28 11/26/23) Watching YouTube videos a lot of foreign dozers run
pyramid tracks what is the reason ?!

What are you calling pyramid tracks? High sprocket machines or pads with what looks like inverted angle iron on them? Pictures?

Some call them ''swamp pads'' or ''rice pads''. They have lower ground pressure than single bar grouser pads, while giving some traction and flotation. They are often wider pads, than the single bar and triple bar track pads, for floatation (low ground pressure). It is a what fits the condition choice. Some in the states use them, if conditions warrant.

They may have less tendency to slide sideways on snow, so some sno-cats and groomers use that type of track pad as well.

we always called them swamp pads growing up
