Apples and oranges in my opinion, not really in the same class to compare. Your 320 is a full size unit and the BX23S is a Sub-compact unit. Here are spec sheets from the manufacturers so you can compare the areas you are interested in.

HI jim,
Thanks for the comparison for the two backhoes. Mine is old but in good shape. I agree it is hard to compare the two machines. The Kubota looks like a
riding lawnmower with a bucket and backhoe attachment.
