Case 350B forward drive problems

Bought a Case 350B off my neighbor after using it a few
times. Just doing some light brush clearing and dirt work.
Ive started noticing that after about 30 minutes the
torque converter gets hot under normal working
conditions. All fluid levels are good. At the same time, I
notice that it gets harder to go forward after moving from
reverse. If I throttle up it tends to start moving as normal.
I also notice that it wants to just stop driving forward
sometimes. Im stumped as where to begin.

First simple thing to do is pull the dip stick for the shuttle oil and smell it, if it smells like old burnt brake linings it would indicate that the forward clutch is slipping and that would cause it to heat as well as not pulling, with reverse ok it suggests that the issue is in the forward clutch, look in the filter for thick soot like goo, is the pressure reading normal, check the cooler is clean and all the linkage on the control valve free.

Thanks, AJ! That will give me some places to start. The
shuttle oil is what youre referring to as the hydraulic/
transmission fluid? Im not certain my gauge is working
to verify the pressure and I have yet to find a
transmission cooler. There is only a radiator on this that I
know of.

The cooler is as Tom stated part of the rad, the oil is shared with the torque.

Thanks! Im going to start with a radiator flush and changing out the shuttle transmission filter and then go from there.

I thought it had a transmission like a 450 but I stand corrected, but it may still have those rings in a different location.

So spent most of the day working on the dozer. Flushed
the radiator. The transmission cooler is in the bottom of
the radiator. Changed out the shuttle transmission filter
and adjusted the shift linkage. It was really loose.
Worked in the dirt for a while - engine temp stayed
normal, torque converter stayed normal. However, it
started slipping again and not wanting to go into forward
and would just stop while tracking. I did notice that the
transmission pressure gauge did work and was only
showing about 30 psi. So now Im wondering if this is
why its having issues in forward. Thoughts?

That machine has the Borg Warner power shuttle, not trying to be a preacher or anything but the shuttle oil is checked with the engine running, with the machine warmed up transmission in fourth gear, shuttle in neutral, engine running on low idle pull the stick, clean and check, if it needs oil put it in slowly and just a little at a time do not overfill, a couple of pints can make a big difference in such a small unit, if the oil level checks OK and reverse is good the issue is in the forward clutch pack, it's more than likely worn discs or a leak, a pressure test would be the way to go, if the pressure checks OK it would suggest the discs are worn.
