A friend has a 1530B Case skid-steer with a TOTALLY shot bucket. Have any of you rebuilt
one? Simple fixes? Any equipment salvage near southwest Missouri? Thanks in advance. gm

Does the bucket come off like a New Holland or newer machine ? Meaning unlock bucket and back away. Or is it more of a permanent mount meaning taking bucket pins out to remove the bucket. If it were mine Id be looking for a new bucket. That one is completely shot. I guess you could try to scab in some steel to make it work, but I dont really think that would be worth it. Price of steel to fix it, and time, ect. And when done its still a scabbed together junk bucket. I would look at used at an auction or dealer.

That bucket is scrap, nothing left to weld new plate to, the only thing that might be useable is the hangers which can't be seen, a used or after-market quick hitch bucket would be the way to go if you have other attachments to use, if not a standard one will get you mobile.
