Case W3 backhoe

First time posting. I'm working on a W3 and the torque converter lines were all reversed and corrected them took pressure test. Off the filter housing 160 psi should be 160 to 225. The clutch release pressure was 90 should read 100 to 125 and the pressure relieve 10 to 15 should read 0 to 40 psi. Found a gear tooth in back of the torque tube. Problem was not driving well and would completely stop up hill. Here are some pics. I'm pretty sure need to split both the torque tube from engine and Transmission. How could it run with reversed lines? Also good place to buy parts?

Update. Found a few issues before splitting the tractor, ball stuck in control valve spool, interlock plate missing for clutch, gasket for cover missing in spots so that would prevent correct pressures. Splitting tractor all housing gaskets not properly sealing. Found a piece of gear tooth and snap ring I think. The gear teeth are from a starter long ago. Only sign of issue is possibly a round snap ring broken fist picture.

After months of different issues finally back together and running and driving properly as well as shifting gears. Loader on next the Stinger.
