830 Hydraulic Problems

Replaced tube from reservoir to pump, still no hydraulics. Wont go up or settle on its own. 3pt doesnt move. Oil level is good, filter is brand new.

There intermittent flow from reservoir to pump, not steady.

Is the sump clogged?

Not sure what you are referring to Tube to pump. The suction tube has a screen on it, and if you replaced it, you could have easily seen if the sump was clogged. There is no tube to pump, it is internal porting. There is an external tube from pump to valve. On the front of the pump, at the intake port is an A28264 sealing washer that could be your problem if it is disintgrated or missing.
