WD45 third step

Working on the tractor earlier this evening checking for water in the transmission and differential and hydraulics. There is some but not bad. Drained what I could. Going to run the tractor around the yard and warm it up good and then drain everything and start new. Found a key that works from my key collection. Engine runs great except for oil dribbling out of the valve cover. Discovered that the nuts are just finger tight. So its going to come off and Ill check out the gasket. I have a manual for a diesel WD45 but not the gas. Would like to know if someone can tell me what the valve tappet clearances are for the gas engine. Might as well adjust them while Im in there. Also looks in the manual like there is three drain plugs for the transmission and differential and two for the hydraulic system. Is that right. Thanks for the help.

Tappets .015" COLD intake and exhaust. Four drains for driveline I think (PTO box, hand clutch, transmission and differential areas). There are TWO fill plugs just behind and just ahead of the clutch pedal. FILL THEM BOTH. Takes 4+ gallons to refill both fill plugs. Make sure gearshift boot is good as that's where water gets in. 80/90 wt is what they came with and will leak less than modern Hy-Trans oils. Hydraulic pump takes 6 quarts of Hy-Tran.

Good morning Dr.Allis. Thank you for your help and the information. It is appreciated. Hopefully I can use your expertise later as issues come up.
