This Allis is for sale here locally, any thoughts as to what model it is?

WD or WD45. If the engine has a bolt on plate on the right side it is a WD engine. Shiftier appears to be straight so that also says WD to me

WD- has a straight shift lever. And there might be a loader around that fit on the A frames on the side of the tractor. Unless t he boot on the dhift lever is perfect
suspect water in the transmission.

Adding:
-the right side top of radiator sheet metal has a hole for actuating louvers, WD feature deleted for WD45.
-flat air intake manifold is WD, later is a V shape WD45 and all replacements.
-magneto is earlier WD, later WD has Distributor, some upgraded.

Does the engine spin?

Actual serial number will be on the rear casting below the left brake cover, then look up on tractor data dot com.

I haven't been to look at it to know if it turns. Seller knows nothing about it, says it "came with the homestead". Has it advertised for 700 but it's been on Marketplace for months. I thought that about when the grass starts to turn green, or when he drops the asking to about 500, I'll go take a look and maybe offer him 150 or so to help him clean up the "homestead". I really don't need another project right now; need to swap out the engine in my Tractomotive, and I have an IH 350, JD "B" and an Allis "B" all on the project waiting list, besides the usual maintenance stuff. At 75 I don't want to let the list get too long.

The save everything crowd will say
different but that looks like a candidate
for shipment to China. More than likely
cheaper to buy a running WD than fixing
that one even if its free for the taking.

I had similar thoughts. Replacing/restoring the obvious (tires, fluids, etc) would likely cost as much or more than the worth of an operating machine and I really have no need to add to my collection.

Ya, I meant no slur on the save it guys,
Ive done it myself. But financially it
isn't the best move.

The only visible salvage I can see is the wide front axle. Even at that, all the tie rods may be junk.

Last wide fronts I saw were running $350-ish, a while back. Probably more now, depending on local markets.

OP, that might be your baseline value. The $150 is below calling the scrap guys, you're more likely to drive angry responses. Other parts in there may be quite useful. What's the market value of the lift arm couplers?

There is likely other old iron like plows, rippers, cultivators and so on hiding in the brush that fit this tractor, so get the seller to give you a tour while checking it out. The rest of the pile might make it all more valuable.
