Having trouble finding the gasket for the access cover above the worm gear/sector shaft. Maybe they're not available anymore, any help is appreciated.

number #14?, AGCO wanted over $30 for mine on the WC, tapped one out with a hammer in about 5 minutes on some gasket paper.

I would have that gasket made way faster than looking for a new one. Get a sheet of gasket paper and a small ball peen. Just tap lightly around the edge while holding it down. Sometimes I tap them lightly , then draw them out with a pen then cut them out with scissors.and sometimes I press the piece over on the Paper and just trace it out. Very easy here its all just a square.

That gasket is a thicker cork gasket, to make up for the not-too-smooth casting surface. Just get a tube of good quality oil-resistant RTV silicone and lay a thick bead all the way around on the casting and bolt on the cover. Clean all surfaces with brake kleen first and let dry before assembly.
