Take 4-6 taters and bake them like you would normally. But cut them in half first and if you do not do it this way wrap them in foil. Bake till done. Then pull them out and empty them out leaving a shell. Take the stuff you spoon out and mix with a 1/4 cup butter, milk as needed to make them smooth. Now for the best parts. Put in 2 or 3 table spoons of french onion dip, some bacon and or lunch meat cut real small and a couple table spoons of Jalapeno jelly or salsa if you do not have the jelly. also put in shredded cheese, mix well with a beater and then spoon into the shells and top with more cheese and bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Makes a single dish meal that is easy and good
