Its about 6am and its still dark of course. I can see some pole lights around on other farms so it must not be snowing anymore. NO idea how much snow we have, it looks like alot. There is a snow drift 5 or more feet deep across the middle of the barn lot and I can only see a small amount of the farm stead from the back door. The wind is howling at 30mph I bet and the temp is 15F so its bound to be cold. During the night the winds have shifted from NE to pretty much N and that has moved some snow around to different spots from last evening. With the diminished snow I HOPE we can at least achieve some sort of victory in getting all the cattle taken care of. The major moving of snow may have to wait untill tomorrow when the winds let up. I'll head out at daylight and see what is really going on out there. So whats it like outside your back door? Becareful everybody! bill
