Homemade boom pole for 3 pt hitch or fork lift

I thought I would share with you guys my latest project. I have many more pics at my web site photo album under equipment. This boom pole was made with just about any tractor size in mind. By attatching the steel pallet to the pole by using 2 pins and a top link, you can use this with a fork lift. We have a 4230 John Deere with loader and forks. Whe you have the boom pole on the loader you can easily set barn trusses on a 12 foot high ceiling. We have had 1000 lbs o the end of the pole while mounted to the loader and it acted like it could handle much more. Thanks for looking!
