Years ago or 200-300 years ago they all wore big hats and long sleeves to keep the sun off of their skin and always said to eat your vegetables and greens.
Looks like to me we know that now yet but don't abide by it and look what it's causing to us.
Some where long time ago what's happening to us now happened to the population back then. Otherwise where did they learn it from? They took these precautions years ago to stop what happened before them but now we're not and we're letting it happen again.It's a viscous cycle like most would say!
Does a woman look better with a tan or in a pretty dress??
