Just crossed my mind but.....
Isn't it amazing how the high scrap prices and higher fuel prices cleaned up neighborhoods and home places to justify charging more property taxes and got rid of some not very EPA friendly gas guzzlers and eyesores?
Not to mention, cleaner neighborhoods attract developers to build projects to house the subjects of the Massiah..
