I have a neighbor that is putting his garbage out with mine so that he gets free garbage pickup at my expense. This guy never asked if he could put 3 bags a week with my garbage but he just does it. Now my wife writes a check every 3 months for $70 or so for that garbage pickup and this guy gets it for free. (my wife is pi**ed about this and is getting more Pi**ed) --What should a nice guy (Me) do about this. This has been going on for over 6 months and I feel the need to say something or turn him into the garbage company and make him pay up, I dont want an enemy for a neighbor, (I know who it is too cause I have seen him do it) This neighbor and I dont talk much and we tolerate each other up to a point. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
