Too high of lift and too long of duration can and also often ends up in bent valves and holes in pistons where they slapped the valves. What's your compression ratio and piston dome contour in relation to all of that? And again, what are you going to be doing with this engine? Breathing is always a good thing, but has to be components. And as Buick eluded to, your valve train has to be able to deal with lift. A solid and effective engine is built by matching components with each other. You ever seen that show "Pinks"? I have a couple of times, for as long as I could stomach. Forget them guys, they aren't daily drivers, and if they are, not for long. Keep it simple, make it match. By the way, those valves in those heads? I wouldn't be wasting money on lift or duration for them...they already don't match.
