So you are one of those - what's yours is yours, and what's mine should be everyone's - so you can have mine too. I totally disagree with you. Man-made bodies of water are very different from natural bodies of water. And must be worked out differently. Else any livestock watering pond suddenly has become a nationally owned lake & the property owner would not be allowed to use it. Certainly this is an involved case with many odd parts to it, and draining portions of the lake would be - um - bizzare! But it is a clear & just assessment of the legal issue - doesn't matter how bizzare trying to do that would be. The last paragraph by that disenting judge is just frightening - anyone could belive we all just should have a group hug & all get along owing it all together type of garbage. I believe the Soviet Block, among others, tried that with not so good success. I do prefer discussing tractors & corn pickers & such. --->Paul
