If you are reffering to the 8 speed unidrive. Toro says 90wt. your friend can order a manual from Toro a downloadable one is not available. I got this info from the 520-8 model. you can download the unidrive servie manual using your 603 model number but it does not list lubricant specs. seems they used the unidrive in one form or another for the last 40 years
