I see we had a lot of opinions on the JD Dealer Noservice line. Now let me say we have a Vermeer dealer that is 90 miles away. In the 27 years of owning Vermeer balers we have NEVER heard it will be here tomorrow for parts. We had a major break down a couple years back in the mid afternoon called the dealer and he said bring the baler in and you'll be running by noon the next day. My custom baling customers depend on that dealer as much as I do. Another instance is an AGCO dealer that is 30 miles away. Blew a hydraulic leak on my skid loader last week and just didn't have time to hassle with it. We use the skid 4 hours a day for feeding and it is critical. I got the parts man on the phone and the first words out oh his mouth" May we bring you a loaner while we fix it" What a relief and what a way to get a loyal customer. The parts man cared. As with any business the person the greets the public is the lifeline to a profitable business
