so now i'm concerned. We had a 02 Dodge stratus. we bought it new and 4K after the 36K warranty ran out, I noticed a slight clunk in the front end when you turned it hard, and hit a dip like going in a driveway. She took it to the dealer, and they wouldn't let her leave w/ it. The ends of the rack and pinion were messed up somehow, and they ended up replacing the entire unit because the original factory unit was made w/ non-replacable ends. That cost me about $1000. That was only 6000 miles after they had the engine apart replacing the head that had a stripped spark plug hole due to over tightening at the factory. Just last fall, I thought we'd get out from under it before something else went wrong, and traded it for an 05 T&C that you're telling me has similar issues...great...
