any body in the North Dakota area want to make som

I am looking at a 4020 tractor up there and I need some one to check it out for me. I would hope that you would be honest with me and tell me the TRUTH about the machine. It is at a dealer ship and it WILL be put on the dyno. I can try to fly up there and rent a car with all the hassel but I could easy pay someone up there to check it out for me and save me $$ and a trip.
