You are right that the Carb should draw the fuel. Icing is not a issue at the Carb with LP's. If things are working right it just can't happen. Icing is caused by the energy draw that is required for the liquid fuel into a vapor. LP's never see liquid at the carb. That phase change is done in the convertor. Now back to your problem. Only thing I think of is the flow valve on the fuel tank. If you are running on liquid that valve will frost over if the spring is broke. Take the valve out after draining the tank and replace the spring. Also how is your fuel filter? Actually when running liquid your fuel problems will show up as frost around the troublesome component. Hope this helps. jt
