I hadn't heard this. I've been there a couple of times and my impression of the place is that they had long since sold off anything that was marketable in that yard. Like how much call is there for the big heavy castings from a tractor ie. axle housings or trannys with the guts stripped out of them. Ultimately there's only one thing to do with all that cast iron and that's recycle it - hopefully when the market is high. Jerry
