I"d imagine you could get a loader to fit on a 706 without too much trouble. A while back there was a 704 for sale in Iowa on this site that I believe that had a loader on it. As far as the 4x4 part, all except 1 of each (504, 604) that I"ve came across have had loaders on em. The only thing I wonder is how well it would function as a loader tractor. Them ol molines are big and the 4x4"s take a mile to turn around with. If you run into any snags I know a few guys that could probably answer the questions I cant. Good luck with your project.
