I am a retired military tech(fancy name for mechanic). have worked on wheel barrows to tanks.the only thing I know about a 60 is its yellow and green, not sure what shade.Question jd 60 clutch operating sleeve. can the ear that slides over the pin be drilled,a new bushing welded in and drilled to fit a new pin? any advice appreciated. thanks
