I am the owner of several different types of Tractors,Dozers,Blades (mostly OLD IRON) all Diesel's - I do all of my own repairs, so by default I have become the neighborhood (EXPERT) !! Anyhow one of my neighbor's (does NOT own or USE a computer) has a 8N fairly late model w/rpm-tach meter. He was having problems with the 3 pt hyd not wanting to work under load. He has it all torn down and is replacing the pump parts etc. - However there appears to be an aftermarket aux. valve built in the XFER tube coming from the pump @ the bottom to the top/lift arm assy. (possibly defective) He has removed this tube & valve assy. and has NOT been able to locate the orig tube.!! Some one told him that it is a pressed fit ( the old one sure was NOT ) Any help in locating this part would be GREATLY appreciated !!! ALSO: There appears to be no seals around this tube other than the gaskets for the top & bottom ?? THANX in advance !! Hopefully I have provided enough info/explanation - If not I am sure someone will ask the right QUESTIONS !!!!
