You are right. The way 'welfare' works now is Mama gets money for her kids and the kids can get into whatever mischief they can find. Making a 'Thug Club' robbing and stealing and having NO consequences. How many homeless people are thugs? I'd venture none. But you WILL find Veterans amongst them, as I have. Otherwise good people that gave way more than they expected but are thrown out of 'society' as a waste. If that makes me a "libtard", than so be it.
