Of late Wal-mart has been refusing to bake Confederate Battle Flag cakes and I read that an Alabama Wal-mart refused to order a class ring for a kid because the school mascot is the ''rebels'' and of course, there is a flag insignia in the ring design. I have no problem with Wal-mart deciding what they will or will not sell because as a corporation they are accountable to their shareholders and that is how it should be. I know that no one is going to sue wal-mart and win or even get their day in court regarding this issue but what is the difference between wal-mart and the flag and a little bakery in Oregon refusing to bake a wedding cake for two gals?
