Greetings everone. I own a JD 2020 tractor. The other day the hydraulic pump coupler broke. What i found is that the crankshaft pulley is not the OEM pulley (R96347). The pulley had blocks welded inside to have the drive bushing bolts be able to be bolted to the pulley. I order a used pulley (R80808) to replace the old pulley. The pulley came with just two 3/8 X 16 holes for the drive. I add 4 new holes in the same bolt circle so should a drive bolt break I would have 4 more holes to pull off the Pulley. Went to install the pulley, i ended up cranking it on the key. I should have pulled the key and replace and measured to make sure everything was right. Hind sight. So right now i'm wondering if the motor is the right motor. If anyone could help me with this that would be great. When I look up the motor number keeps coming as a gen motor. Motor number is: CD 4239 D 885020 .
