I make the door shocks for these tractors. the question I have is when did they finalize the cab design. When I first started selling the kits, a gentleman bought one for a 7030 and the bolts used on the later models were in a different spot when he went to mount the kit. he was able to make the kit work. now today, a gentlemen with a 7040 called to tell me that the back mounting bolt wasn't in his cab. were these models the first design and then the design was changed as problems arose? I certainly hate telling people who buy my kits, thinking it will just bolt in, that they have to drill holes and add bolts! thanks are for any info! I'd like to include the info on my website to help everyone out!
