these are some I Have shown before ,my mom took them around 1967 my dad driving the neighbors tractor,thats the neighbor who farms our land now wasnt born yet,that is his grandfather holding a beer up thats me holding the tire,my dad and brother,and the farmer thats me and my brother and two neighborhood kids,the one behind me in the picture passed away a few years ago,his mom is now one of the little old lady neighbors who come get some turnips at the comunity turnip patch I Speak of often here on the site. I remember this! Right after we got done with the hay,the neighbors pond,their dog Skippy This makes me feel old! My cousin,brother and me all ok yet,the only older person left including my mom who took the picture,is the lady who taught me how to plant the turnips,and has me join her for supper ,and watches over the garden and gives me pointers,she is in the back row wearing the white blouse,she is ehe survivor. I show many recent pictures of,her and speak of her often here on the site.
