I have a 2510, which is obviously a bit different. Also a synchro. Have driven 3020 as well, many people use them to this day as either a second loader tractor to load bales on trucks or for mounted/pull Kosch mowers, rakes, etc. Very nice little tractors. Lots of powershifts still around. Don't know many places around here that don't have one of these age tractors.
If gas they can be repowered, don't know how similar the 3020 is in that respect. Mine was a hay stacker the first 30 years of its life. I now have a 4.5L turbo diesel in my 2510 that was gas. Engine was found by my uncle, it was in a construction trailer running an air compressor. He asked $400 for the engine but I gave him more. It just needed minor work, biggest was changing the water pump so the fan fit behind the radiator. No issues in over 10 years, obviously just have to not work it harder than it was designed for. I use it as my rake, mower (switch between the two since I hay by myself), to haul bales for the smaller pens sometimes in the winter if I don't use the Haybuster, and my general small utility tractor.

It was on one such Saturday in the early 1940's when Sam was 16 years old that he ended up in Dennison, Kansas to watch a demonstration of a new tractor being put on by a local dealer.
