We're getting some much needed rains and warmer temps. here in Central NY. Spring came very early, and I planted my Tators, Peas, and Onions the second week in March. We have Asparagus running out of our ears. Our frost free window is Memorial Day.Planted Corn, Beans, Carrots, Kohrobbie about 10 days ago. Corn and beans germinated in 4-5 days. Squash etc got planted Sunday, some up today. We have some Mators in, but Waiting for other plants to arive from mail order house. Our flower gardens are 15yrs. old and well established with many perenials that we have dug from the woods and along the roads in the neighborhood. The Jack-in-the pulpets are now huge, many 30" The Tulips and dafodills are long gone, but the several variaties of seadum, thyme, and irish moss, plus maiden pinks, summer snow, and some anuals, make a nice combination. As you can see, a couple of Case birds live here.
