Installed all new seals and sealing rings in the steering cylinder too. The tractor supposedly has a new steering pump as of last year, but still refuses to have functioning power steering. When I had the steering gear all apart, I put new seals and centering springs in the control valve, as the old springs were all broken. It just will not give me any power assist in steering effort. Am I missing something here? The valve and its internal parts looked good, no scratches or scoring.
