anyone use them ??? Especially keyboard and mousepads that you spend a lot of time on. ......
If so,
do you notice a sore wrist joint in the carpal (??) area that is almost instantly gone when you stop using the pad???? Wife thinks I'm nuts but I swear the contact with the silicone is the problem.....
Had a heel spur and knee problem that was taken care of and the knee was painless. Had a pair of shoes that didn't have a lot of cushion and put in silicone heel pads. Real comfortable the first day but noticed the knee pain again... Was gimping around the office this morning and decided to take the pads out. 3 hours later and the knee pain and gimp is drastically reduced just a little sore.....
